Since 1865, the Vassilakis family has produced exceptional extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) on their estate in the Mirabello region of Crete.

More recently, the Vassilakis family has released two premium 100% Natural Balsamic Vinegar Glazes. There are No Preservatives, Additives or Colours.

The Balsamic Vinegar Glaze with Thyme Honey is made from four local grape varieties and matured in wooden barrels and is infused with Cretan thyme honey, providing an exceptional flavour.

   

 

 

Ingredients: Concentrated Grape Must (65%), Grape Vinegar (19%) Thyme Honey (16%).
