More recently, the Vassilakis family has released two premium 100% Natural Balsamic Vinegar Glazes. There are No Preservatives, Additives or Colours.

The Balsamic Vinegar Glaze with Merlin Orange four local grape varieties and matured in
wooden barrels and real juice from Cretan Merlin oranges.

Ingredients: Concentrated Grape Must (55%), Grape Vinegar (25%), Orange Juice (20%).
