The Truffle Balsamic Pearls combine the intense taste of balsamic with truffle and will highlight your every savoury creation. The vinegar forms into a small jelly ball that bursts in your mouth releasing its unique flavour.

Ingredients: Black Balsamic Vinegar (95%), Thickener: Cellulose Gum, Gelling Agents: calcium chloride, sodium alginate, truffle flavourings. No Added Sugar.
