Mountain Tea, the most popular Greek herbal tea, is a caffeine-free beverage which is sourced from mountain tree blossoms. It is traditionally used for its beneficial effect in colds and inflammations of the upper respiratory system, disorders of the gastrointestinal system and indigestion.

Rhoeco’s Mountain Tea, which is sourced from Mt Olympus, has fruity aromas of citrus surrounded by discrete straw and earthy notes. Also characterised by a smooth and rich sensation, with a fresh aftertaste.

Serving Tips
- For 1 cup, add 1 teaspoon (0.7g) into a utensil. Add hot water [95ºC], cover it with a lid and let it rest for 8-10 minutes. Strain and serve enjoy hot or iced, plain or add sweetener (eg. honey) to taste.
