In Florina (Northern Greece), at an altitude of 600 metres, the Naoumidis family cultivates the highly reputed Red Peppers of Florina, which have a sweet taste. In turn, the family produces many delicious and innovative handmade products, which are predominantly certified organic.

The Eggplant & Pepper Spread is delicious as the roasted peppers and eggplant are peeled by hand so as to retain the original flavours. These flavours are further enhanced by a few quality ingredients including garlic, salt, lemon and extra virgin olive oil.

This is a handmade organic product pasteurised without preservatives.
